After being placed on the back burner for an extra month, B&S Site Developments application for a special exception permit is scheduled for a public hearing Monday during the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors meeting.

Michael L. Brown Jr. has applied for a permit to allow him to continue to operate his contracting business on his property on Seven Ponds Road in Amissville. The issue was scheduled for a public hearing at the board’s November meeting, but it was tabled for a month after Brown requested more time to organize a community meeting to address concerns of neighboring property owners.
