After two months at the drawing board, a committee working to draft an ordinance to monitor the land application of sewage sludge in Rappahannock County cam see a light at the end of the tunnel.
“I think we’re getting a draft away from a draft that we’ll send on to the Board of Supervisors," County Administrator John McCarthy said Monday at the beginning of the committee’s meeting.
