As we’re all deep into the preparations for Christmas, it’s worth it to take a minute to think about taking some time this month to help in a larger cause. It’s great to give gifts to those we love. In fact, I think it’s hard to beat that for fun! But most of the people I love don’t really need what I’m giving them for Christmas. And some of my time and energy would no doubt be better focused on helping the less fortunate, the forgotten, the lonely or even the endangered. So in today’s column 111 focus on some opportunities we all have to do just that!
