Dazzling Director Denise
Armed with a special Grand Marshall’s scepter, Washington resident Denise Chandler prepared to head to Avon Hall to act as the parade director on Sunday, Dec. 3. Chandler, along with several committee members, orchestrated the second annual Christmas in Little Washington event. The scepter, crafted by her talented husband Donald, will become part of the annual festivities. “It will pass from one grand marshall to another,” smiled Chandler.
