They are accepting nonperishable food donations or monetary donations. Or if you’re able, why not do both? All donations will qualify you for a drawing to receive tickets to one of the events held at Gray Ghost this coming year. If you’re a winner, you’ll be contacted by phone and the tickets will be mailed. You can bring the donations to Gray Ghost Vineyards or mail your monetary donation. And there’s an opportunity to help our horse friends as well. Some people may think that’s a bit unusual. I grew up on a farm in the Midwest. And every Christmas Eve all our animals got double portions of food. My father said that he did this to honor the animals who had shared their stable with the baby Jesus. I still think it’s a sweet tradition and none of our animals seems to mind either!
