Cleo Grady Fulbright, 82, of Fredericksburg, died December 6, at Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community Center in Culpeper.
She was the widow of Rev. Charles T. Fulbright.
Mrs. Fulbright received her associates degree from Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, N.C. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church in Richardsville, Va., and attended church services at Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community where she was a resident. She had retired from Stafford County Schools as a bookkeeper after 25 years of service.
She is survived by two daughters, Martha F. Cannon and her husband, Robert Lander, of Castleton, and Vicky F. Mergenthal and her husband, David, of Fredericksburg; three grandchildren, Ashleigh G. Cannon and J. Michael Cannon both of Castleton, and Alden M. Mergenthal of Fredericksburg.
Additional survivors include three brothers, Claude M. Grady of Morganton, N. C., Charles L. Grady of Monroe, Ga., and Kenneth G. Grady of Huntsville, Ala.; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Whisnant and Mrs. Charles Poteat, both of Morganton, N.C., and a devoted friend, Charles S. Tulloss of Fredericksburg.
Mrs. Fulbright was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas P. Grady, and a sonin-law, James M. Cannon.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 18, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Fredericksburg, VA.
