Educational Association at last week’s public input session for the budget. If approved, a beginning teacher would receive $9,500 while a teacher with 15 year's experience would get $13,250. The seven percent increase recommended by Bloomer would also apply to salaries of substitutes, aides, administrators, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, secretaries and all other nonprofessional personnel. The recommended budget calls for three new teaching positions, an increase of approximately seven percent for supplements paid for advanced degrees, and a new position of special services coordinator with a salarv of $17,500.
