“It’s one of the places where people who make unique products can market their work themselves,” said Kramer.
Twins Celebrate
Ray and Robin, three year old twins of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin L. Atkins, were honored with a birthday party by their parents in Sperryville Saturday February 24th.
