Rappahannock County motor vehicle sticker tags are now on sale at the office of the treasurer in Washington. The fees are $15 for cars, trucks, trailers; $8 for motorcycles and for a duplicate a fee of $2 is charged.
According to Frances Foster, Treasurer, proof of payment of personal property tax is necessary along with satisfactory evidence that the vehicle has been properly assessed for 1979 and the registration card.
Office hours Monday through Friday are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from now until April 30.
