ON SALE County Taxes must be paid and Registration Cards must be stamped by the Commissioner of Revenue. County Tags must be displayed by May 1,1984. When transferring a sticker from one vehicle to another you must return the old sticker and receipt to the Treasurer’s office before a duplicate will be issued.
