.Ehjberjpy and Phyllis Tapp, both of Bealeton, Margie Haqght of Elkwood and Beulah Sisk of Remington; three brothers, Hubert Jenkins and Charles Jenkins, both of Remington and Roger Jenkins of Gaithersburg, Md.; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. Charles Clinedinst. Burial was in Remington Cemetery.

Rev. Benjamin Grimes

Formerly of Amissville

Rev. Benjamin Ashby Grimes, D.D., 51, a resident of Hambleton, West Virginia, formerly of Ami8sville, died Thursday, February 23, 1984, at his residence.

Rev. Grimes was bom in Leesburg on September 28, 1932, a son of Blanche Lowhom Grimes, who survives in Leesburg and the late Frank A. Grimes.

Rev. Grimes received his Doctor of Divinity from Carolina Christian University and was pastor of the Hambleton Pentecostal Church of God. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served with the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Gladys Arlene Newlin Grimes of Hambleton, W.Va.,; two sons, Ronald Grimes of Amissville and Timothy Grimes, also of Hambleton; one daughter Mrs. Gregory (Janice) A. Palmer of Washington and one grandchild.

Additional survivors include a brother, Bill Grimes of Sterling Park and four sisters, Estella Simpson of Frederick, Md., Aileen Brown of Washington, D.C., Virginia Stanley of Round Hill and Mary Taylor of Vienna.
