The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has received from the Advisory Committee an application for establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District in the Jackson District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and has recommended approval of same The application is made pursuant to Chapter 36. Section 15 11509 of the Code of Virginia. 1950 as amended Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given of the following: (I) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors (II) The names of those applying for said Agricultural and Forestal District and the owners of those properties included in such District are as follows: 1.1. L Parrish 2. Mary C. Parrish ' 3.1. Christopher Pamsh (III) The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing as to the aforesaid application on March 21. 1984 in the Courthouse Washington. Rappahannock County. Virginia at 7:30 p.m. AH citizens are invited to attend and present their views.
