Until some more questions are answered, Sam Snead of Washington will have to take a proposed septic system for the Rappahannock Center for Independent Living back to the drawing boards. Snead called a public information meeting at the courthouse on April 26 to answer questions specifically related to the septic system for the facility proposed for the ski area in Harris Hollow. When Snead left some two hours later, he had many more questions in need of answers.
