2 quarts freshly picked dandelion blossoms, washed |pid dried
® 1 Vi cups fine commeal
Vi cup oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
Add water to eggs and beat well. Heat the oil to siz*bng in a skillet. Dip blosaoms, one at a time, into the
egg, then the commeal. Saute, turning often, until golden. Drain on a paper towel. Saueteed blossoms may take the place of mushrooms in casseroles.
