case of a family graveyard. As to public cemeteries governed by a special use permit, the Board of Zoning Appeals has the authority to impose restrictions it deems appropriate, including limitations on the number of gravesites allowed.
As to the location of a graveyard, the zoning administrator said that a use ■ allowed by right may be pursued anywhere on the property without restriction.
In response to Kidwell’s other questions, Konick said, “these are not zoning questions and I suggest you consult with your attorney as to these. There may also be other laws governing cemeteries other than the zoning ordinance.”
