Capers, Cheryl F. Hollman, Martha Marshall, Lucy Flynn, Rose Flynn, Frank Flynn and Elizabeth Flynn, if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of John Franklin Fiinn (a/k/a John Franklin Flynn), died seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before June 1, 1964, and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause.
