Konick asked the board for guidance in the matter, of a temporary trailer. “This is a case in which the permit for a temporary trailer was granted while a home was under construction. The permit expires in two weeks and, as far as I can tell, no construction has begun. The applicant said that his home would be completed in six months,” Konick said.
