Chester Gap’s fluidraising campaign began by mail about a month ago. The volunteers hope to raise $1,000 in this manner. Volunteers then will complete the conversion; an estimate to have the work completed came in at $5,400. In order to begin the conversion, Chester Gap needs a pump and a tank.
