Rappahannock runners came home from the Easter holiday’s Stonewall-Broadway Relays with medals and records for RCHS but it was still a disappointing afternoon for the high school track contingent.
“Our kids just froze. It was our worst performance this season,” said assistant coach Gregg Waters. He attributed the mass case of jitters to the competition. Little “A” Rappahannock faced 12 schools. Some were also from the state’s single “A” ranks but others hailed from the bigger “AA” cat
