Historical Society Meets The Rappahannock County Historical Society will meet this Friday, May 4, at 7:30 p.m. at the Society's building in Washington. Guest speaker will be Jean Glick Racer from Port Republic. The daughter of the store keeper at Smedley, she’ll talk on growing up in Rappahannock County. In addition, new officers for the Historical Society will be elected. Current members, prospective members and their guests are invited to attend.
