Rock ’n roll dance A rock ’n roll dance fundraiser, sponsored by the RCHS Booster Club, will be held on Oct. 4 from 8-11 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Proceeds will be used to build a marquee in front of school. Admission will cost $2 per student, and all RCHS students are invited and encouraged to bring tapes and/or records. Lucky McCoy, Mike DeLuise, Dexter Freeman, Richard Tribino, Patrick Brown and Doug Smith will be the DJs. Casual dress and tennis shoes may be worn. Home baked goods will be sold.

‘Pep Bus’ A “Pep Bus” will take RCHS students and parents to the soccer game at Wakefield on Oct. 5. Game time is 2 p.m.

Berry family reunion The family of the late James Adrian and Bertha Ellen Clark Berry will hold a reunion on Sept. 28 at the Rappahannock Park on Route 211 near Washington. All relatives and friends are invited. Bake sale A bake sale will be held on Sept. 28 beginning at 10 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church’s parking lot in front of Eileen Day Realtors. Proceeds will benefit the C.E. Dearing Memorial Chorus of First Baptist Church.
