Mrs. Lorraine Robson has returned home to Meadowood following the funeral of her husband in New Jersey. Her mother, Mrs. Jeane Fink, has returned to Florida following a stay here, and this week, her aunt, Mrs. Doris Freed, of Pomton Lakes, New Jersey, is visiting. Through this column, Mrs. Robson would like to express her thanks to all her fine friends and neighbors for their thoughtfulness and acts of kindness to her at this time. She announces that Rappahannock is her home, and she plans to carry on the
bed and breakfast inn at Meadowood. She is also once again engaging in work with Hospice of the Rapidan. Best wishes to her as she goes through this time of adjustment.
William B. Corbin, Jr., of Rapidan, was a Saturday guest of his cousin, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier, and children. While in our community, he inspected some farms in conjunction with Total Realty Concept, which his wife owns.
Mr. and Mrs. D.A. Mason spent the weekend in Richmond.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Wood, Jr. and son, Jeremy, of Poolesville, Md., spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Wood at Dim-Lookin’.
