Stress management
at Culpeper Mem.
A two-session course in personal stress management will be offered Oct. 10 and Oct. 17 at the Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
The course, run on consecutive Tuesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., will teach individuals to recognize the harmful effects of stress and offer practical ways to control stress in everyday living.
The cost of the course is $25 per person and will be held in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital classroom.
