Farmers’ finances

The Extension service is coordinating a newly developed Farm Financial Counseling Program within 18 counties in the Northern District.
This program is supported by the district staff along with nine trained volunteers who are well-qualified to work with farmers who may be having some financial difficulties.
This specially funded project is a free service to the farmers of Rappahannock County. Interested farmers can learn more about the program or schedule an appointment with one of the volunteers by calling the extension office at 675-3619.
