Free physicals for athletes
Any student who wishes to participate in the athletic program at Rappahannock County High School during the 1986-87 school year must have a current physical examination.
Free physicals will be given at the high school on Monday, June 9. Boys’ physicals will be given by Dr. Einarson at 1:30 p.m. while Dr. Jerry Martin will give girls’ physicals starting at 3:30 p.m. Students should mark this date on their calendar and take advantage of this free service.
Review of artist-in-residence
A final meeting with artist-in-residence Rebecca Howland will be held Tuesday, May 27, at 7:30 p.m. in Middle Street Gallery. A discussion will take place about the residency, how to improve it next year and the issues in contemporary art that Ms. Howland’B presence has raised.
