Presently the cafe is offering a full breakfast menu including eggs, french toast, pancakes and pastries, available with or without side orders of ham, bacon, sausage and homefries. The lunch menu will include two or three specials a day, “and at least one vegetarian special.” Lunches will be priced in the $2.50 to $5.00 range.
As the weather warms, various salads will be a staple item on the menu, Mr. Davis added. “Seafood, meat, pasta salads...a salad sampler combining several different salads of your own choosing.” He also wants to expand the carry-out menu to accommodate people who work in town, “as well as people who might want a picnic lunch.” They plan on offering fruit and cheese plates as well.
Mr. Davis pointed out that “we’re not out to compete with the Inn, or to be a second Inn. We want to be a part of the community...a reasonably priced restaurant serving quality food.
