The Inclusion in the budget of any item or Items does not constitute an obiiqat on the part of the Board of Supervisors of this County to appropriate any funds tor that item or purpose. There is no allocation, or designation of any funds, of this County for there has first been an appropriation for that purpose by the Board of Supervisors.
A hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on the budget tor Informative purposes at the Rappahannock County Court House on the 2nd day of June, 1986 at 10:00 A.M. citizen of this County shall have the right to attend and state his views. A budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 will be adopted by the Board of Supervisors no la 1986 and at least seven days following the hearing at which time the Board of Supervisors shall fix a tax rate for the budget year.
