the Red Cross, called special attention to the change in location of the bloodmobile, as he felt that many donors have become accustomed to going to the Warrenton fire house where the blood drive has been held for the past two years. The fire department has refused to let the Red Cross use the hall to collect blood.

Borjes said that the return to the armory is a temporary move until a permanent location for the bimonthly blood collection in Warrenton can be found. Lack of air-conditioning in the armory makes it inadvisable for use in summer’s heat.

Next Thursday’s will be the final blood drive in Warrenton in the Red Cross fiscal year that ends June 30. Unless an unusually large number of donors appears, Borjes said, the chapter will fall far short of its goal for the year of 1300 units (pints).
