To the editor:
Believe it or not, there really is a playground taking shape out there! But it needs you this weekend, more than ever. The kids at RCES want to play on it before school lets out.
There’s been a dedicated group of willing volunteers that has spent the last three weekends of sweaty hard work — digging, building and hauling. But we need those other willing volunteers out there waiting to be asked . . . I’m asking. This means all those strong, willing and able bodies, still in high school or not and even retired.
