Annie Amiger
Mrs. Annie White Amiger of Boston, died April 7, in Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Alexandria.
She is survived by two sons, Deacon Philip White and Robert White, both of Culpeper; two daughters, Catherine Flowers of Bailey’s Cross Roads and Maty Williams of Washington, D.C.; two daughtersin-law; nine grandsons; eight granddaughters; 17 great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held April 10 at the Nazareth Baptist Church with the Rev. Howard Frye officiating.
Chinn and Baker Funeral Service, Arlington, was in charge of the arrangements.
Pearl Meyers
Pearl L. Meyers, 56, of Stephenson, died April 5 at the Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Charles Town, W.Va.
Mrs. Meyers was bom June 14, 1930, in Little Washington, the daughter of the late John Wesley and Lillie Smoot. She was a member of the Pentecostal Guiding Light Church.
Surviving are her husband, George Irvin Meyers; one daughter, Lillie Mae Meyers at home; two sisters, Martha Jane Smoot of Flint Hill, W.Va., and Josie May Smoot of Stephens City; and one brother, John Henry Sihoot of Halltown, W.Va.
The funeral was held at the Jones Funeral Home, Winchester, with the Rev. Donald Scruggs officiating. Burial was in the Shenandoah Memorial Park.
