aimed at training the members to get information to those caring for adults. The information will include the physical aspects of aging and also will help the members gather information on community resources available to those caring for adults.

The resource management program will help the members learn the skills not only to manage their own fiscal and physical resources, but also will have information on topics such as starting home-based businesses.

The Family Community Leadership program focuses on the development of leadership skills. Its goal is to help members learn to be more actively involved in public decisionmaking. This program already has been funded by a grant of $2,000 from the Kellogg Foundation.

‘The Extension Homemakers have been a source of volunteers to help Extension Service deliver programs,” said Ms. Tuckwiller. “Carrying out these four programs will focus on some of the needs in many communities - care of aged, nutrition for babies and mother and development of leadership. Their volunteers help as they learn to train others will spread the educational information to those who need it.”
