Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley were overnight guests Tuesday and Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs, Marcel Pfalzgraf at Fairview Beach. Wednesday the Pfalzgrafs and Weakleys visited Mr. and Mrs. Bill Timms at Placid Bay and all attended the Northern Neck Historic Garden Tour in Westmoreland County. They toured Wigginton Farm, Kiman Farm, The Grove, The Great House, Yeocomico Church and Carmel Church, and had dinner at Lowery’s Seafood Restaurant in Tappahannock. The Weakleys returned home Thursday.

Happy first birthday to Bobbie Jolene Brown. Her parents Bobby and Sarah Brown had a birthday cake and ice cream for her on Sunday evening. Guests were Mrs. Chloe Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Brown and Tim Falls of Woodville, Mrs. Vickie Beatty and son Randy of Point O’Woods, Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark, Robert L. Frazier, Miss Edie Eastham, Mrs. Robin Eastham and Amanda Rae Brown.
