The sixth annual Apple Blossom 10K May 2 will offer runners a chance not only to compete against themselves and other athletes, but also an opportunity to take part in one of the premier regional festivals in the Eastern United States: the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival.
The 6.2-mile race will be staged on a course that runs through Winchester’s Historic District and partially covers the route for the 60th annual Grand Feature Parade. Several thousand spectators are expected to line the race route.
