The Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs Inc. will hold its 53rd annual convention May 4 to 6 at the Homestead, Hot Springs. The Shenandoah District, as hostess, has planned an exciting program for garden dub members, emphasizing the state president’s theme “Action Now - A Future To Share.” ' Highlights of the convention will indude the VMI Color Guard, Flower Boutique, award presentations and exhibits.
