Following a discussion on the causes and consequences of osteoporosis, Dr. Rutkowski will explain methods of detection and treatment of this debilitating disease which strikes one out of four American women. The doctor will provide advice on how to prevent the disease through diet and exercise, and will answer participants’ questions at the end of the discussion.
