The first, second and third grade enrichment classes from Rappahannock County Elementary School thank Mrs. Fran Eldred for the wonderful job she did on the Walking Tour of Washington, Va., on March 18.
We appreciate her taking the time to bring our studies of Rappahannock County history to life.
