ORDER OF PUBLICATION Robin Owens Day Patricia N. Day IN RE: Adoption of a child to be named Justin Taft Day,

against James Daniel Seal,

Defendant

The object of this suit is to obtain an Order of Adoption of a child to be named Justin Taft Day by Robin Owens Day, such Order being sought without the Defendant's consent, he being the natural father of the child, it being the Petitioner's contention that consent is withheld contrary to the best interests of the child. This Order of Publication is executed pursuant to Virginia Code Section 63.1-225 C.(2). And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia a foreign corporation not resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that James Daniel Seal do appear whithin ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 21 day of April, 1987, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
