We are all human. It is easy to try to do too much. The consequence of stress takes its toll on the people closest to us as well as ourselves. And the possibility of illness or injury increases with stress.

It is important that we set priorities and not try to do too much. But that is much easier said than done, especially in the spring.

Women’s Slo-pilch

The Fauquier County Women’s Slo-Pitch Softball League is sponsoring a double elimination tournament, to be held Saturday, May 16, at the ball fields at Coleman Elementary School near Marshall.

The entry fee is $65 per team. Each team must supply two redstitched, restricted-flight softballs. The smaller ball will not be used in this tournament.
