SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that a report of the accounts of Timothy Jackson Kilby, personal representative of the estate of Helen M. Kilby, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her estate has been filed in the Clerks Office, and that six months have elapsed 'since the qualification, on motion of the personal representative,

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 21st day of May, 1987 at 9:00 a m., before this Court at the Rappahannock County Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the estate of Helen M. Kilby, deceased, to the distributees and/or legatees, with or without refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.

And it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
