Kichard Morgan of Norfolk was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Pennington. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Pennington and Mr. Morgan attended a party in Alexandria honoring the 40th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Buzby. ' Among those from the Culpeper Minute Men Chapter of the DAR attending the state conference in Norfolk on March 11, 12 and 13 were Mrs. Dale Metzinger of Sperryville, Mrs. Thomas Eastham, Mrs. Dieter Knuepfer and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax, Regent.

Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Fairfax have returned to their home in Williamsport, Md., after spending two months with Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax.

Mr. and Mrs. Moffett Pullen of Flint Hill spent Sunday evening with Mrs. Addie Keyser and Mrs. Virginia Cloud.

Mrs. Annie Hawkins visited her daughter Mrs. Mabel Burke in Woodville Sunday afternoon.

Guests during the week of Mrs. Janie Pullen were Jane Krebser of Huntly, Ms. Karen Wince and daughter Ashley of Culpeper, Tommy Walker and Jerry Wayne Pullen.

Jimmy Wayland of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Wayland and family called on Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Wayland during the week.
