Land Development Professionals

Civil Designers

Candidates should have two to four years of design experience in residential and commercial land development. B.S.C.E or equivalent experience.

Civil Drafters

Applicants should have a minimum of one year drafting experience in civil engineering particularly in land development. A certificate in drafting helpful.

Site Planner/Landscape Architect - Manassas

Individual will be responsible for designing and drafting preliminary subdivision and site plans as well as assist in the preparation of rezoning documents and feasibility studies. A strong graphic ability is desirable. B.S.L.A. is desirable or equivalent experience.

Survey Computer - Manassas

Applicant should have two to five years of experience in boundary and plat work, good math background and experience with plating boundaries and field computations.
