Memorial services for Mr. Jenkins were conducted March 23 at the Culpeper Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Kenneth Honeycutt and the Rev. Dan Stiltner.

William Smith Sr.
William Roscoe Smith Sr., 73, of Reva, died March 14 at the Blue Ridge Christian Home, Bealeton.
Mr. Smith formerly represented Salem District on the Culpeper County Board of Supervisors. Before he retired he owned the Reva Park Market.
He is survived by his wife Lorraine King Smith, a son William R. Smith Jr. and a granddaughter Susan Lynn Smith, of Reva, two sisters, Alice I. Alexander, Culpeper, and Ellen S. Garrison, Kentucky, and a brother James L. Smith, Warrenton.
A graveside service was conducted March 18 at Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper, by Rev. Harold Eaton.
