Pursuant to the "Order Authorizing Sale of Real Estate" entered on December 14, 1987, by the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Virginia (Harrisonburg Division) in that certain Chapter 7 proceeding now pending in that Court styled Alfred Barber Armstrong and Linda Cowell Armstrong, Debtors, Case No. 5-86-00490, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction both the Estate's interest and the interest of co-owner Robert Miller Armstrong in the following tract of real estate:
All that certain tract or parcel of land located in Stonewall District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, described in a certain boundary line agreement as a 36.3108 acre tract of real sestate, which agreement is recorded in Deed Book 144, at page 737 in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and which agreement refers to the real estate acquired by the Debtor and others, by the will of Lilly O'Bannon Barbour, which will is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Will Book X, at page 724 and which parcel of land appears as Tax Map #50-32 in the Office of the Commissioner of Revenue of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
This real estate will be sold on MONDAY, the 28TH DAY OF MARCH, 1988, at 12:00 NOON, on the steps of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, in Washington, Virginia. This sale is subject to confirmation by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia (Harrisonburg Division).
