Fletcher, et al., Special Commissioner, by deed dated November 21, 1977, and recorded January 4, 1978, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 126, at page 511. The right of way herein described is the same and identical right of way acquired by the Grantor herein from Mont Elery, Incorporated, a Virginia corporation, by deed and agreement dated December 1, 1977, and recorded January 4,1978, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 126, at page 521. Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid deeds and to the references therein contained for a more complete (r), sic, and accurate description of the tracts or parcels of land herein described.
THE REAL ESTATE herein described is the same lot or parcel of land that was conveyed to EARL BERRY, divorced and not remarried, by deed from James W. Fletcher and T.C. Lea, Jr.. Special Commissioners dated November 21, 1977, and recorded in the land records of the Rappahannock County^ Clerk's Office in Deed Book 126 at page 511.
