Fauquier Hospital’s

lean living program

Fauquier Hospital will be offering their new diet and nutrition program “Lean Living,” beginning the first week of April. Lean Living is a sensible and permanent approach to weight control that concentrates on nutrition and changing eating habits to lose weight and keep it off.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive individualized diet and nutrition assessment. Following the individual instruction, an eightweek group class series will be conducted by the registered dieticians. A six-month follow-up is included in the program.

Interested persons can learn more about the Lean Living program at one of the free introductory meetings on March 25 at 4 p.m. or March 26 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fauquier Hospital Educational Center.

For more information call Jane Burdick at Fauquier Hospital 3472550, Extension 259.
