It's a girl!
Bryant and Holly Welch of Flint Hill are receiving congratulations on the birth of a daughter, Emily Mae at the Winchester Medical Center on Friday, Jan. 13 at 2:00 a.m. Emily weighed seven pounds nine ounces and was 21 Vi inches long.
Grandparents of the infant are Larry and Shelby Welch of Flint Hill and Mrs. Betty Holbik of Oakton.
