Survivors include his wife, Ella Victoria Williams; two sons, James Dale Williams and Ronald Lee Williams, both of Chester Gap; five daughters, Sheila Faye Compton, Castleton, Cynthia Kaye Williams, Hopewell, Wanda Mae Williams, Chester Gap, Pamela Jo Shak, Staunton Island, N.Y., and Tamara Rae Haslam, Stewartstown, Pa.; one brother, Raymond Dulin, Chester Gap; two sisters, Edith Williams, Chester Gap and Effie Foster, Culpeper; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted Jan. 22 at the Chester Gap Baptist Church with the Rev. William Alford and the Rev. James Burke officiating.
