Mr. Sowder, a developer and realtor with Sentry Realty in Warrenton, has been instrumental in making the Fauquier program a reality. In addition to “The Barn” and the acreage, Mr. Sowder has devoted an immense amount of time to this cooperative project, the spokesman noted.
Mr. Sowder is a true supporter of education and a member of the Lord Fairfax Community College Foundation, the spokesman said.
