worKing with government to solve problems. Then, at Tuesday’s Planning Commission meeting, Chairman William Wickens read a letter he’d received from County Administrator John McCarthy. With tongue planted firmly in cheek, Mr. McCarthy described the problems resulting from the courthouse door being locked incorrectly. Mr. Wickens then confessed that, in fact, he was the culprit. But where else would we be treated to such a letter? Not a dry; bureaucratic scolding, but a witty note whichTflWtafcare 1 of a problem while leaving everyone present with a smile op their faces.
