Although litter coordinator Nina Stamer said that collection totals are not yet available, she said the turnout was the largest yet. Mrs. Stamer added that, although there s no commitment for a Recycling Day in March, residents should continue to save recyclable materials since the center at the landfill may be completed within the next several months. She suggested that residents watch the “Upcoming Events” column in this newspaper for information about future recycling plans.
